admin dg0896 scammed tanujdude91 for $110.
dgo896 agreed to give tanujdude91 a vBulletin license within 20 days but never responded to his PMs.
In all fairness, this guy had it coming. Why would you pay him before you had the license?
Always review the person’s iTrader when doing deals. If tanujdude91 had done that, he would have seen that dg0896 has 5 negative iTraders.

I hear ya on these scams. Difficult situation for buyers and sellers. An honest buyer would hope for the Service or Item to be provided first. An honest Seller would hope for money in hand first.
Maybe it should be half money up front and other half when service or item is provided.
dg0896 isn’t very smart. Like you said, his iTrader was -5. Who in their right minds would do any kind of transaction with a fag like that?
But I wouldn’t bother with buying a used license from someone else, I would just buy one from vBulletin..
