Tips To Avoid Scam
Hi, I have read a few very good suggestions from many Dp members. Please do read them. Credits given to members at the bottom. Cheers
1. It’s a hunt. You against the scammer. One of you is going to get tired first. Make sure it isn’t you.
2. Search Google several times a day for all of your domains. (And “LLLL.COM SALE” in this case)
3. Continue to gather evidence along the way and use it to help others who have been scammed by the same person. They will, in turn, help you and pass on information.
4. Continue to pound it into the scammer’s head that they will not be able to get rid of the domains.
5. Check the information in the WHOIS of any domain that you are planning to buy. Verify it. Call the person up, don’t e-mail them. This doesn’t directly help you get your domains back, but it helps create an atmosphere where it’s very difficult to unload stolen domains. If the majority of us domainers stick to the spirit of this, the chances of recovery go up.
6. Publicize the theft of your domains and list each one. Potential buyers of them who search them will find you.

1.) First report this to ICANN. for ICANN website do google search of keyword ICANN or report ICANN of my domain stolen or something like that.
2.) Contanct the company from where you buy the domain and tell them that someone have hacked you and stole your paypal account password, your domain, your hosting account, your email accounts, etc.etc. tell them the hacker steal everything from you…. and so you trying to get back your things one by one and you need to get back your domain first. just tell them that. also tell them that you have reported about this hacking to ICANN that someone steal your domain without your knowledge by hacking your computer.
3.) Then your domain company will ask you for some documents like CC bills, phone bills and photo ID proof like a driver license or photo ID card to make sure you are the one who purchase the domain to match the name of the buyer with you.
4.) Follow the instruction the domain company will ask you to do.
5.) Then you will get back your domain after 6 or 7 days.
That is how I get back one of my domain from a scammer who robbed me… so just dont waste time and contant the domain company as soon as possible or else you will lose the domain forever…. also please keep posting what happen….
but first you need to check whois info of the new owner using this link below:

Follow these steps to help retrieve your stolen domain names at Godaddy:
*File a police report.
*Mail the police report copy in a certified letter to the GoDaddy legal department.
*File a small claim against GoDaddy in the small claims court (no lawyer needed), low filing fee too. ($20 -$100, I think)
*If GoDaddy doesn’t have a rep show up to the hearing you should be able to get your names back.
